enhancing brand reputation and fostering goodwill through stories that matter.

We seek to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies

that not only enhance our unique value proposition of our offerings but also

strengthen the overall sustainability and adaptability of our business. The

student team is tasked to address this question: How could Flashpoint Labs

improve its value proposition to strengthen its position in the market in a

media landscape increasingly shaped by AI?

Based on your research and analysis, the team should provide Flashpoint Labs

with the following deliverables.

1. Analysis of Flashpoint Labs’ current value propositions: Identify

strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in how Flashpoint Labs currently

communicates and delivers its unique offerings.

2. Research into industry trends: Examine the role and impact of AI in

content creation, particularly its implications for photography, storytelling,

and corporate/government communications.

3. Actionable recommendations on marketing and communication

strategies to strengthen Flashpoint Labs’ value propositions:

Recommendations may include (but are not limited to):

• Targeted marketing and communication strategies designed for

corporate and government clients that emphasize impact, trust,

authenticity, and social value.

• Approaches to framing FPL’s human-centred value proposition

highlighting real people, real stories, and authentic photography as

essential, unique, and irreplaceable in an AI-driven content landscape,

supported by practical examples or case studies where possible.

• Please consider in a world where artificial intelligence (AI) will disrupt

traditional methods of content creation, how can we win the support of big

corporations and government bodies and encourage them to continue to

employ Flashpoint Labs for content creation that is focused on real people

and real stories through the photographic medium, rather than creating AI

generated content for financial and logistical reasons?
