This paper will examine the ramifications of China' Double Reduction Policy on governing & leading the educational institutions. Firstly, the policy seeks to relieve academic stress on the students and reduce their dependency on private tuitions by introducing an educational reform. Clearly, the changing of the wind in the educational atmosphere in China is a great shift. The research is to explore how school administrators are responding to these changes, the problems they encounter that limit the realization of policy objectives, and the solutions that are practical and sustainable.
