Assuming that this paradox is valid, it poses significant challenges for the kinds of knowledge transformation processes described by Nonaka as part of the SECI (socialisation, externalisation, combination, and internalisation) model. Discuss some of the key approaches and techniques that can help achieve the transformations in organisations and the critical challenges and limitations of each in the context of creating valid, useful and shareable organisational knowledge.
