Do not leave the submission to the last minute and risk facing issues or forgetting. 11 Multiple Choice Questions • The weight of the MCQ is 10 marks out of the total exam marks. • Select the best suitable answer (only one). • Unless you submit your answers at the end the attempt will not be recorded. • If the exam time is finished and you have not submitted your answers then the previous attempt will be considered. • You can make multiple attempts and only the last one will be marked. 12 Written Questions • The total marks of the written questions is 40 out of the total exam marks. • Answers to be submitted in the Give system and the file name should be z{id}.pdf • By submitting your answers you certify that all the answers are according to your own effort and are in your own words . We are going to use plagiarism/text similarity tool to check submissions and If your submission is not your own effort, you will get zero marks for the exam and a possible charge of academic misconduct. 13 Written Questions Example Question: You are asked to design and RESTful Service for a used books store to fulfill the following requirements: • Add Books to the collection • List Books (All, according to availability, according to condition) • Provide the details of a specific book in the collection. • Indicate that the book is not available (i.e. when the book is sold) Describe how you are going to design the service and for each of the mentioned requirements, what is the resource URI, the HTTP METHOD you are going to use, and how you are going to pass parameters (if any). Explain the reasoning behind your choices. 14 Supplementary Exam Policy Supp Exam is only available to students who: • DID NOT attend the final exam • Have a good excuse for not attending • Have documentation for the excuse Submit special consideration within 72 hours (via myUNSW with supporting docs) Everybody gets exactly one chance to pass the final exam.
