for this provider is 2.7, build a 95% confidence interval for the mean download speed.

Question 3. The average grade of twelve students on a class midterm is 69.4. The standard deviation in the instructors
prior classes is 5. They wonder if the class grade is more than 70. Perform a statistical test, be sure to include the 4
steps of an hypothesis test.
