Dear students

The final exam will be held as follows:

DATE: Wednesday 19 August 2020

DURATION: 130 minutes (including 10 minutes reading time)

TIME AVAILABLE: 2pm – 4.30pm (Sydney time)

The final exam will be marked out of 100 marks, which will be allocated as follows:

Each question will be worth between 2-5 marks (to a total of 100 marks).

Question types will be the same as those in the sample exam and are as follows:

1. Multiple choice questions– with one correct option.
2. Multiple choice questions – with multiple correct options.
3. Fill in the blank numerical questions.
4. Drop down select option questions.
5. Drag and drop questions (fill in the blank)

The order of questions will be shuffled in the exam (as will the order of options within multiple choice
questions).

Once you open the exam, it will run for 130 minutes after which, if you have not already submitted your
answers, it will automatically submit what you have done and will close.
The final exam is worth 50% of your assessment in the subject.
The exam is OPEN BOOK so you may use your notes, books, excel etc when doing the exam. Questions
may be based on recorded lectures, in class homework, self study homework and/or textbook readings.
You are to attempt the exam by yourself without the help of anyone else.
Make sure you have a secure internet connection before you the day of the exam!!
